What are the differences between the different types of leather offered at American Eagle?
Bonded Leather: used in upholstery; also known as reconstituted leather; made from recycled leather off-cuts, trimmings and shavings that were discarded by the leather industry, then mixed with bonding materials
Genuine Leather: used in upholstery; is a third grade of leather and is produced with the layers of hide that remain after the top is split off for the better grades
Top Grain Italian Leather: used in upholstery; taken from the outer layers of the hide, but it has the “split layer” stripped away, which makes it thinner and more pliable than full grain; incredibly soft feel and will be long lasting.
Microfiber Leather: highest quality grade synthetic leather (faux leather or PU), uses fabric as a base, more durable (more tear-resistant), softer
Leather Split: can be used in the side or back of sofas; top layer is top grain leather (more durable, soft, and aesthetically pleasing), base layer is real, but coarser leather
PVC: Artificial leather type used in leather matching.

There are very few territories we cannot ship to. How does out-of-state shipping work?
If you have a preferred shipping company that you would like to use, you are allowed to use your own for any out-of-state shipping needs. However, in the case that you do not have one, we will offer a list with few shipping codes for multiple carriers from which you can choose a specific carrier. No, American Eagle Furniture does not buy or sell used furniture.

American Eagle Furniture relies on its experienced retailers to provide service to you after the sale. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your furniture. Retailers work closely with American Eagle Furniture to ensure your satisfaction.
What does not being able to find my collection on your online catalog mean?
The collection may be discontinued. We suggest contacting sales@aefurniture.com or a dealer in your area who can provide up-to-date information regarding the collection. Where can I purchase the accessories shown in your catalogs?
American Eagle Furniture does not manufacture or sell any of the bedding and accessories found in our catalogs.
How do I/Who can become a dealer with American Eagle?
To become an official retail dealer for American Eagle Furniture, please fill out the Account Opening Application (clicking this link will immediately redirect you to the form). Upon presenting information regarding your company and providing proof of your retailer status, our office will process your application and notify you regarding the status of your company’s partnership with AEF.
A candidate must:
1. Finish and send the Account Opening Application either through fax or email to sales@aefurniture.com.
2. Have a furniture-related business establishment, such as a physical furniture store, online furniture store, or a design firm. For any online stores, there must be a functioning website that deals with furniture and maintains constant traffic.
3. Provide at least 2 references of current furniture suppliers.
4. Send a copy of both a valid Business License and Tax ID either through fax or email to sales@aefurniture.com.
5. Have current and active Furniture dealer's references. *For California-based Customers* Provide a Resale Permit.
All requirements must be satisfied for retailer evaluation to begin. American Eagle Furniture reserves the right to decline any retail dealer application. If your application is approved, you will be contacted with information regarding your newly activated account. How can I get replacement parts for my American Eagle Furniture?
Replacement parts can be ordered through the authorized retail furniture dealer from which your furniture was purchased or another authorized American Eagle Furniture dealer. If you purchased your furniture at a clearance center and it is out of warranty or damaged, there will be a charge for repair parts. Parts are available for our current collections. American Eagle Furniture retailers are independently owned and operated and we do not have access to their inventory. Therefore, for any questions inquiring the availability of a product at a specific retailer, we suggest directly contacting the dealer in your area who can provide up-to-date information on the collection as well as whether or not they carry that specific item. There are many ways you can order merchandise from American Eagle Furniture:

How do I make a payment to American Eagle Furniture?
American Eagle accepts payment in the following methods:
Cash direct deposit - Order is released immediately
Cashier's Check direct deposit - Order is released immediately
Company/Business Check Direct Deposit - Check needs to be cleared before order is released
Bank Checks - Check needs to be cleared before order is released
Wire transfer - Order is released when transfer is cleared
Credit Card – Each payment must be pre-approved individually after 10 cash orders and subject to 3% to 4% processing fee.
